Orders, Shipping & Returns

Orders
This website is made available to place orders 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays, however, may delay when your order is actually processed. We make every effort to ship your order, same business day, for orders that are placed by 1pm PST on in-stock items. For orders placed after 1pm PST, or orders placed on a non-business day, your order will typically ship the next available business day.

Shipping
To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we will process all in stock items within 3 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-10 business days after it ships from our warehouse.

Possible Delays
Due to the impact of Covid-19 on our business, some shipping times may be extended by up to 7 days. We are making every effort to get your package to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to U.S. territories and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to begin the return process. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
